Stadium: Game Day

It's game day and the stadium is full of fans trying to have the best time they can! Throw tailgate parties in the parking lot, try to get on the Jumbotron, and cheer your team to victory in this game of tactical football fandom.Stadium is a two-player only Eurogame that focuses on a mancala-style shared spatial puzzle.
Verses

Every day, mighty heroes embark on all types of daring adventures - and it's up to YOU to sing about them! Perform at local Venues, patronize the Guilds, and try to fulfill your Rhyme and Reason as you construct your Epic Poem.Verses is a three or four player game of thematic pattern creation & request fulfillment.
Demo Games & Playtesting
We have up-to-date Tabletop Playground (TTP) mods available for both Verses and Stadium! While not quite experts yet in TTP, we are happy to overview the program basics as well as teaching and playing our games. We try to keep up a regular schedule of playtesting which we organize through our Tallhouse Games Discord. We will be opening the Discord soon for new members once we get it set up! Check back soon!
About Tallhouse Games
Origin Story

Dan and Kyle first met during their freshman year at UMass Amherst and - fittingly enough - they met over a board game. Kyle was playing banker for a game of Monopoly in the dorm common room and Dan, a neutral observer, decided his fiscal oversight was too restrictive. A little smooth talk, some snickerdoodles to share with the table, and Dan had secretly stolen some $500 notes from the supply. Unfortunately for him, the player he attempted to subtly pay off turned Dan over to the financial authorities - who found it uproariously funny. College passed (and so did they!) over Warhammer Fantasy played on ping pong tables, D&D campaigns that spanned semesters, and game nights that have turned into a decade of friendship. Now with Tallhouse Games, Dan and Kyle are trying their hand at crafting tabletop games that not only offer tactical and strategic depths to plumb, but empower players to share in the dramatic, compelling, occasionally ridiculous, but always present storytelling of play.
Our Mascot - Toby the Tallhouse

In college, Dan and a group of mutual friends took up residence in an apartment together off-campus. Kyle, a Resident Assistant on campus at the time, became an honorary housemate. A large portion of this group were (and still are, as a matter of fact) quite tall, and thus the building was lovingly nicknamed 'Tallhouse'. Many late nights - some of gaming and some not - were spent in there and the stories are still told in reverence. And so in 2020 Toby the Tallhouse was born. They embody the joy and camaraderie of those years, and the actual place that helped forge so many friendships. A place of (mostly) friendly competition. A place of chaos and peace in equal, welcome measure. They are, above all else, a good house. And we are proud that they represent us and our games.
The Tallhouse Chronicles
Anyone who knows the Tallhouse Games team knows we are huge fans of Leder Games and Cole Wehrle. In 2021, they released a game called
Oath: Chronicles of Empire & Exile which promised a legacy-style system of remembrance and record of each game played to create a consistent narrative and ever-evolving game state. Well, in our opinion, it delivered heartily on that promise - and we thought it would be fun to keep our Chronicle digitally, to share our (objectively ridiculous) narrative with the world. Enjoy!
